Roswell is more Pro Audio, and a little Sci-Fi

They definitely played the humor into their logo, with the Flying Saucer R – but, Roswell Pro Audio is well, pro audio. What might be on the “Sci-Fi” side of things, is how they bring “boutique” to a very reasonable price point. Case in point: the Roswell Mini K47 Microphone. Roswell first introduced themselves to the audio industry (around two years ago) with the Mini K47 – which quickly shot up in popularity. This was due to the surprising quality and performance, at what really is an entry level price point. The Mini K47 quickly became a favorite workhorse of many people. Softube’s Console 1 gets an upgrade to MKII!

Softube is kicking off winter NAMM 2017 in a big way, with the announcement of the Consol 1 MKII. As they put it: “Three years after the original Console 1 release, it is time to introduce the Mk II version. It has the same build quality as the original units, with some minor layout changes such as more visible LED markers. More importantly, efficient manufacturing processes have made the system much more affordable.” The hardware itself looks to remain familiar, boasting “the same build quality as the original units, with some minor layout changes such as more visible LED markers.” So needless to say, from that aspect – there won’t

The Universal Audio APOLLO TWIN MkII

Universal Audio has started off NAMM a day early, with the announcement of the new Apollo Twin MKII. There are three versions; the Solo, the Duo, and the Quad. And you guessed it! All three of these feature the SHARC DSP Processors we have grown to know and love. All of these Apollo Twin MKII interfaces utilize Thunderbolt connectivity, for stable, and blazing fast high bandwidth interfacing. This not only allows for stability
